During these challenging times, so many of us are struggling significantly. Marriage and family relationships are experiencing tension. Loneliness is skyrocketing during quarantine. Many have lost their jobs, and are confronted with the grief and stress that comes with that. Those who are high-risk are faced with nearly constant anxiety and worry of the unknown. And those who are sick with the virus are suffering with the symptoms, complete quarantine, and unimaginable challenges that come with that.
