Your ministry has a special rate of $126 per session as a partner with My Counselor, and you also benefit from this rate in the form of a membership of $252 per month that includes two sessions that you can use at any time. Need more sessions in a month? It's easy for members, as each additional session in a month is also $126 per session.

Why two sessions? Consistency and frequency creates positive momentum for increasing healing and change. If you are facing an intense situation in your life, you may want to meet with your counselor more frequently by adding more sessions to your plan.

You can discontinue counseling at any time, for any reason, and remaining sessions never expire.

To help get you matched with the right counselor for you, your first meeting will be with one of our Matching Specialists. After you have selected your counselor and scheduled your first appointment, you will pay a one time setup, assessment and matching fee of $45 and for your first month's membership.

We have counselors who specialize in specific issues such as stress, anxiety, relationships, parenting, depression, addictions, eating, sleeping, trauma, anger, family conflicts, sexual and gender identity, grief, spirituality, self-esteem, and more.

Plus, research shows that online counseling is just as effective as in person counseling. MyCounselor is available anywhere you go, with more hours available to schedule every day, and counselors available now.

Your assessment and matching meeting may take place within a few hours or a few days, depending on your availability. You will choose a time to meet with a matching specialist and you will choose a time to meet with your counselor.

Your first meeting with your counselor could be as soon as the same day you meet with your matching specialist depending on the availability of the counselor you choose.

MyCounselor.Online is committed to delivering you the highest quality Christian counseling possible. For that reason, we will not enter into any arrangement that may pressure us to compromise quality or bliblical truth to increase insurance company profits. Thus, at present, we are not a part of any private or public insurance plans.

However, counseling is a covered benefit under many insurance plans and some clients have received out-of-network benefits for our services. Some networks, recognizing our excellence in certain specialized areas, have agreed to reimburse our clients at in-network levels even though we are not on their in-network panels.

This is solely at the discretion of your insurance provider. Services offered through us are generally not covered by Medicare or Medicaid.

At this time we do not offer any service that submits for reimbursement to insurance on your behalf.
