Hey there! I’m so excited to walk alongside you in your journey to healing. You are taking such a courageous step by pursuing therapy and it is my prayer that you would feel loved, safe, and cared for as you process through emotional difficulties and trials. It’s my greatest passion to empower, equip, and give you the tools to navigate the valleys of life, while growing closer to our Savior in the process. My areas of focus include working with individuals and families struggling with anxiety, depression, and complex trauma.
I received my Bachelor’s in Social Work from the University of Arkansas in 2016 with a minor in Human Development & Family Services and a Master’s in Social Work from Baylor University in 2017, with a focus in Clinical Mental Health for children and families. I am trained as a Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional (CATP) and have 6.5 years of ministry experience.
There is something deeply spiritual and restorative for me spending time outdoors and its my favorite place to be. When I’m not counseling, you will typically find me gardening, spending time with my baby boy, writing, or reading a good book. My husband and I absolutely love hosting people in our home and sharing a meal with family and friends.
