You can complete the application using the form below. Once you begin, you may save your progress and return to finish at any time within 30 days of starting the application.

Before you begin, please gather the following required materials:

  • Accepted file types: JPG, PNG, PDF, TIF, DOC, DOCX
  • Maximum file size: 50 MB per file

Required Documents

  • Letter of Introduction (Cover Letter): Introduce yourself and share why you are interested in working with MyCounselor.Online.
  • Unofficial Transcripts: Please upload graduate-level transcripts from your mental health–related master’s degree. These may be downloaded or printed from your school’s website and do not need to be official or sealed.
  • Resume or Curriculum Vitae (CV): Your current resume or CV highlighting relevant counseling and/or ministry experience.
  • Current Photograph: A professional headshot suitable for a profile on a professional website. This does not need to be professionally taken.
After submitting your application, you will be redirected to a page where you can upload a short video answering the question: “Why are you excited to work at MyCounselor.Online?” This video is intended to be informal and can be recorded and uploaded directly from your phone.
